ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT:
Step aboard via her fiberglass swim platform, through a wide starboard transom door, and into her cockpit, which leads to port & starboard steps to the side decks and forward deck. There is a blue Sunbrella sunshade overhead, fitted on an extended aluminum frame over the cockpit, S.S. grabrails on both port & starboard sides and on the cabin top for safety when going on deck.
At the rear of the cockpit there is storage for the electrical shore power cord, freshwater shower and more. To starboard, at the front of the cockpit and facing aft, is a large cabinet with S.S. sink, pressure water and area on top for fish cleaning. Below is a huge compartment with storage shelves and compartments. Above is a large sliding glass window with access to the main saloon.
Underneath the cockpit floor there are large storage areas. There is hot and cold pressure water in the cockpit as well as 6 (3-each side) custom-built fishing rod holders. To port, there is a bait well, on the opposite side of the door to the main salon.
From the 80-square-foot cockpit, it's one step up to the 35's seriously windowed pilothouse, where her owners will likely spend the majority of their time. The Albin 35 has struck a balance between functionality, safety, and creature comforts while maintaining aesthetics…common comments are “she cuts a handsome profile”, and that’s before even going onboard or below.
Her elevated helm deck offers clear sightlines from helmsman’s seat, and the L-settee to starboard provides ample views for her crew and guests. A fully functional galley is located down, to port with a light cream Corian countertop, 2-burner cooktop, double stainless steel sink, and microwave, with a refrigerator/freezer forward of the stove & sink.
There’s enough stowage for a weekend of cruising, preparing sumptuous meals and poking around harbors, inlets and yacht clubs. The L-Shaped settee & dinette table seating, converts to a good sized berth for guests.
The entire pilothouse offers panoramic views in all directions and is bright and bathed in light from three forward windows, which have sun tint on the upper portion, four side windows (2 are sliding), 2 aft windows (Starboard window is a sliding window) and a glass entrance door from the cockpit.
Below deck, this “WAKE UP CALL is truly unique, designed as an open layout that creates a private owner’s suite.
Two steps down to the lower deck and to port is the spacious U-shaped galley with “open to above” configuration for superior light, ventilation with 2 opening ports and connection with the helm & salon.

The master cabin offers a Queen berth with exceptional comfort, space and storage. The overhead deck hatch, opening portlights and fans, add light and ventilation. The storage is abundant in many drawers, lockers and shelves. The master cabin has a TV and A/C as well. With two doors to the head, one from the main salon and the en-suite entry to the head from the master cabin, you’ll note additional privacy when overnight guests are occupying the salon convertible berth.
