The other, top side refresh.
Replaced GenSet with Northstar Lugger 4.5 kw. 800 hrs.
New AC unit.
Yard 37 days.
Deck pulled and all systems repaired or replaced.
Interior reupholstered and refinished.
Not much else, other than your personal taste, to do.
