DRIVE TRAIN
Two stainless steel 1-1/2” dia. shafts with dripless type packing glands attached to shaft tubes
with double-clamped reinforced hose. Shafts are free of pitting or
corrosion.
Water lubricated rubber sleeve bearings in bronze single arm struts and two bronze 18” dia. x
19” pitch RH & LH 3-bladed propellers. Propellers have no chips or dents on blade edges.
Propellers appear reconditioned or new. Starboard cutlass bearing is new. Port bearing in
serviceable condition.
ENGINE EXHAUST SYSTEM
Wet type with reinforced rubber exhaust hose piping and fiberglass mufflers. Piping exits through
bottom and sides above waterline. Hoses are double clamped. Hoses in serviceable condition,

FUEL SYSTEM
Two independent aluminum tanks with USCG Type A-1 hose piping, filters, at engines, screened
vents on tanks and fuel pumps. Tanks appear in good condition. Fuel lines are in serviceable
condition. No fuel odor noted.
CONTROLS
Manual type individual levers for throttle and reverse gear, one control station. Cables in good
condition.
ALARM SYSTEMS
Audible type indicating abnormal cooling water temperature and/or lubricating oil pressure.
System installed on propulsion engines and generator engine.
VENTILATION SYSTEMDC SYSTEMS
12-Volt DC power is supplied by four size 24 wet type, lead-acid 12-volt batteries for house loads (new)
and engine starting. Battery switches are ON/OFF marine type.
The batteries are contained in acid-resistant non-conductive wooden boxes
Batteries are charged by engine alternators and a Guest 2 bank 10 amp battery charger,
operating.
Battery charger overcurrent protection not sighted. It is assumed that the correct size and type of
overcurrent protection is installed internally on the battery charger.
Electrolyte level: Not checked.
Batteries appear in new condition.
The system contains a distribution panel with circuit breakers for branch circuits and a voltmeter.
Exterior fixtures are watertight marine types. Interior fixtures are marine type and non-marine
12VDC types.
Wiring: Stranded type, serviceable condition, where sighted.
Bonding system: Sighted but not electrically tested.
GALVANIC CORROSION PROTECTION
Sacrificial Anodes: Hull anodes and trim tab anodes in good condition. Propeller shaft anodes
installed.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Sleeping facilities for six persons located in hull and consisting of a double berth forward, double
berth aft and a double slide out dinette conversion. Carpet is covered with snap-in runners.
Cushions are vinyl covered, no stains. Forward berth
mattress cloth covered, no stains. New Memory foam topper. Lighting operated with exception.
