Pearson 43 Motoryacht

I have a 1985 Pearson 43 Motoryacht. The boat has been in fresh water for approximately the last 15 years. I have completed a lot of updates, repairs and replaced a lot of parts. I am also a Marine Surveyor and can honestly tell you what's left to complete on the boat (on my list anyway). In the last 4 years I have owned the boat I have replaced multiple items. I will list them below. I would not be afraid to get on the boat and head out on the loop tomorrow. It is located on the Mississippi River in the Minneapolis, MN area. I have a survey from when I purchased the vessel in 2016. The vessel has a queen aft berth, full size forward v-berth and 4 single beds in the midship berth, salon sofa pulls out to make an additional full bed, vessel will sleep 10 comfortably. 2 heads one fore and one aft. Full size fridge, stove w - oven, microwave all in a large open galley. Very large flybridge with 2 biminni's for shade with plenty of seating for multiple people. Twin Perkins turbo charged diesel engine's with 4,400 hours. Do some research and these engine are known to go over 10,000 hours. Generator has aprox, 2,400 hours Hour meter is bad.
Repairs - upgrades - rebuilt items:
2016: replaced port outer engine room stringer (engine and get removed), replaced all exhaust hoses, new anchor rope, sanded and replaced bottom paint, new anodes.
2017: new dock lines, stereo on flybridge, sofa, smoke detectors, all new impellers for engines and gen.
2018: new main A - C unit, Buff and wax hull, Replace rear seal in starboard V-drive, Refinished teak swim platform, rebuilt steering ram. New carbon monoxide detectors, LED midship bilge lights, new macerator on aft head.
2019: New Struts, new shafts, new cutlass bearings, reconditioned props, new anodes, touch up bottom paint, replaced all engine water intake hoses, resealed bow toe rail and upper helm, repacked rudder glands, new house batteries, replaced generator exhaust elbow with stainless, new aft A - C unit, new front Bimini.
2020: removed and replaced all waste hoses with PVC in most areas, complete new forward head, changed all heads to fresh water, new starboard engine damper, rebuilt starboard trans, rebuilt both engine raw water pumps, new sump box for a - c units, new engine starting batteries, complete buff and wax, generator impeller, new steering hoses in engine bilge.

I have multiple spare parts, filters, impellers, etc on the boat that will be included in the sale. Fenders, lines, spare anchor, shore power cords, power adaptors, etc also included in sale. Please let me know if you have any additional questions I am sure I forgot some things.
