I am selling a 25 foot Sundance boat in great condition for my Uncle that we spent a good few summers restoring in our spare time.

Comes with trailer, tires, everything you need.

We have two smaller fishing boats that we use for recreation and worked on fixing this one to nearly fully operational condition at home under the canopy so that the new owner could have it nearly turn key.

Invested over 5,000 into sprucing it up and replacing the motor. 34 complete- just needs a skilled mechanic to mount the Chevy 350 engine.

We berth in San Rafael and have a good mechanic whose kept our fishing boats running for many years.

He's always done us good favors, won't eat your wallet, and happy to point you in his direction.

His name is Ron and he works at the shop near Anderson Boulevard and mounted our Yamaha outboards on our fishing boat.

MerCruiser Alpha I I - O, new parts not installed, needs exterior work.

V-berth has 6' 2" headroom, galley with sink and alcohol stove, head, sleeps four, seats four on deck, anchor and rode, deep V hull 22 degrees, about 32" freeboard, trim tabs, bimini frame, teak swim platform, high quality hardwood sealed with marine varnish below deck, stainless rack as for radar antenna, flat deck over engine engine is completely below deck.

TrailRite tandem trailer, 10,000lb, 1985, professionally sandblasted and painted.

Good tires including spare, surge brakes, new rollers, bunks redone including SS bolts, old sideboards.

Hitch is standard 2 inch ball Registration for boat is current, 2019 stickers.
