The Silverton 392 - 372 motor yacht is 43'9" overall. It places her in the large yacht class. This model has the "Side Walk" plan with molded stairs port - stbd leading from the bridge to the foredeck. Exterior stairways allowed Silverton to expand the interior salon area to the full beam of the boat, giving the boat an enormous full 14 beam salon, the largest salon in its class. This model an easy vessel to move around on topside. Huge bridge and sundeck can seat a small crowd. New full enclosure on both.
The boat is in winter storage just north from Boston MA. She was well taken care of and continuously upgraded. New full bridge canvas - enclosure included and stored inside. Hot - Cold A - C, Touch-screen Garmin GPSmap plotter with all North America charts. Radar. VHF, Stereo.
New Norcold 110v - 12v fridge - freezer. Almost new mattress in the captains quarters.
Kohler 8KW genset is in very good working order with around 300 hrs in it.
Both Crusader 454 XL-Series 7.4L fuel injection engines were always excellent runners with about 800 hrs on them. In the spring of 2019 one engine didn't start at the beginning of the season and no actions were taken by the previous owner and no mechanics involved. He is an elderly person and decided to retire from boating in the fall. Based on what I know from him, it sounds like a starter or battery or some sort of electrical disconnect. I was going to take care of it myself as I am a long-time experienced boater and mechanically knowledgeable. Those 454 XL Crusaders are a very good engines with excellent reputation. Easy to service and parts are gladly available.
I bought the boat a few months ago, before all this global mess and was planning to take her home to the West Coast. Well, given the circumstances, now it is not an option for me.
