This Motor-Yacht is moored at Eagle Mountain Marina in Fort Worth Texas where it is kept undercover 24x7.

This Yacht has been fresh-water kept its entire life. I recently refinanced the boat (May-2013). The Professional Marine Survey that was required for Finance-Approval valued the Boat at $123K!

I have a very nice and comfortable Set-Up at Eagle Mountain Marina. The Marina is managed by SunTex; the #1 Marina Management Group. The Marina offers an on-property Fueling Station, Pump-Out Marine Store for Groceries and Parts and a Bar Restaurant

The Marina offers covered slips so the "G" Dock where the larger boats are moored there is an active social community. Most of the Boaters maintain an area behind their boats where Dining Tables, BBQ Grilles, Refrigerators - Freezer and LED TV's are mounted.

As part of this sale I will offer the buyer the opportunity to assume the slip where "Tranquility Base" is Moored. As part of the deal I will include:

- 42" Inch LED Big Screen TV (already mounted)
- DirecTV Satellite Dish
- Propane BBQ Grill with Side Burner
- On-Dock Refrigerator - Freezer
- Dining Table to accommodate 6 People.
- Large Cooling Fan to keep cool while socializing at the Dock
- Storage Unit to store the Dining Table Cushions and other items

You must enter into your own tenant relationship with Eagle Mountain Marina if you want to take-over my slip.

I will also provide other EXTRAS for the Boat.

I have equipped each room on the yacht with a VIZIO LED TV Hi-DEF TV's.

The Master Salon, The Guest Salon and the Main Living area each have a Hi DEF LED TV. I have also equipped the Living area with a 5.1 Surround System.

All inflatable Personal Flotation Devices, Toys - Equipment will be included with this sale which includes a $300 8-Person Floating Island to hang out with your Friends!
