Overview
Sanctuary is a meticulously maintained and continuously upgraded yacht with well over $70,000 spent in the last two years. $38,000 of which was spent in May 2018. (see below).

Her semi-displacement hull has heavy solid fiberglass construction with a full keel, deep stem, and wide bow flare. She has twin Cummins and has 1000nm range at cruise speed of 8.5knots. Entry is from side boarding and into salon from starboard door or from the aft deck entry via wing doors to the salon. The large salon is bright and airy with generous natural lighting from numerous windows. Couch seating and lower enclosable helm are to starboard, additional seating to port. Down a few stairs to full galley to port with a dinette to starboard that converts to a double bed. Aft is the large master stateroom with ensuite head. Forward of the salon is the V-berth with sleeping accommodations for 3 and ensuite head. The aft deck is fully enclosed with isinglass and has a table and four chairs.The flybridge has a full helm with helmseat and 2 captain chairs with seating on port and starboard sides. Excellent LED lighting throughout; tinted cabin windows. Cedar lined hanging lockers with automatic lighting. Entry to the engine room is from beneath the salon by way of salon hatches or lifting the stairs at either or both ends of the salon.

-New high strength galvanized anchor chain, 275ft with proper depth markings every 10ft, $1,200.00
-New carpet in salon and master stateroom. Proper marine Sound Down sound insulation under carpet in salon over engine room, $2,200.00
-Railings and wing doors stripped and re-varnished, $1,550.00
-Bottom Job, sanded and 2 coats of Pitit antifoul, $3,200.00
-Boot stripe repainted, $825.00
-Sofa in salon recovered, $1600.00
-Custom made stray rail protector used then hauling the boat to protect from lifting straps, $675.00


Completed 2017:
-New VacuFlush sanitation system, 2 new vacuflush heads, all hoses replaced, vacuum pump and discharge pump, $9,600.00
-New Garmin autopilot system and 2000 bus installed, $5,000.00
-New refrigerator with ice maker on aft sun deck, $2,300.00
-Second house battery bank replaced, $600.00
-New fresh water pump with 2gl accumulator tank, $525.00
-New air conditioner water pump, $360.00
-LED lights installed throughout boat, $675.00

Completed 2016:
-Replace 2 propeller shafts with stainless steel from USA
-Replace all 4 cutlass bearings
-Repack shaft logs packing
-Repack rudder shafts seals
-All bottom paint removed down to gelcoat, then 5 coats of Pitit Protect epoxy, then 3 coats of Pitit antifoul.
-All above totals more than $16,500.00
