Boat is in very good condition and maintained. During the summer the boat is docked in Michigan City, IN and during the winter stored inside at South Shore Marine in Portage, IN.

Updates are (1) port engine rebuilt 2014.(2) both carburetor's on both engines rebuilt 2017. (3) 2 eisenglass panels replaced 2017-canvas in good condition. (4) previous owner paid over $10,000 for a awlgrip paint job which makes the boat look much newer. (5) regular maintenance like oil changes, filter's, new distributer caps, rotor's, sparkplugs, newer batteries have been done.

If your looking for a condo on the lake this is your boat. Salon is huge and there are 2 staterooms to sleep in and the couch in the salon opens to another bed. Full galley and 2 heads.

Boat really handles choppy water well. Been in over 6 footers on the lake and the boat handled it no problem.

You won't find another Tri-cabin that looks this good inside and out.
