Boat had one previous owner (an executive from a large development company here in Tampa) and it was used as a family ski boat. The boat sat in their boat house for a couple years with out any use before I purchased the boat.

When I purchased the boat, I had a certified Mercruiser mechanic go through the mechanics, the motor, and the lower unit -- and he update:
a brand new long block
new plugs and wires
new distributor
new fuel filter
new riser gaskets
added a second bilge fan
replaced steering cable
replaced lower unit impeller
two new high crank batteries

I added a new radio head unit, new speakers, with a new amp.

The boat also comes with a tandem axle trailer. When I purchased the boat, I had the trailer sand blasted, treated w - blackstar, then repainted using marine grade paint. Installed new runners, new stainless steel on steps and fenders, and a new manual winch as well.

I also upgraded the trailer with new breaks, new lines, new custom wheels and new 4K lbs. tires all the way around, including the spare attached to the tongue of the trailer.

This trailer loves to go down the road too -- nice and straight - with no hint of sway. Has great brakes too when needed.

Boat includes 6 dock lines, 3 dock bumpers, 4 life jackets, extra timing belt, and any misc items I may be missing.

I'm sure I'm missing a few things - total spent on repairs was roughly $16K including the trailer.

Since being re-built, I've driven the boat roughly 100 hours which has included the proper break in cycle.

One thing I am will have fixed shortly is one of the hydraulic rams that lift the engine hatch seized so I'm replacing it. The part should be here in a week or so.

So to recap, you're buying a boat that has been gone through and has had all the little kinks worked out. Replacement value for something similar today would easily be over $80,000 .
