1987 Donzi Z-22 with Cabin

Up for Sale is my 1987 Donzi Z-22. I purchased this boat two years ago from Minnesota where is spent most of its life on a fresh water lake. The interior was replaced with very high grade marine materials and great craftsmanship. The boat has a cockpit cover and a full heavy duty custom cover. A fresh 454 Magnum rebuild was installed last year. The Carburetor has been rebuilt, the new mercruiser circular water pump replaced, a new 100 amp alternator, bronze fresh water thru hull water pick up and drive impellor, two brand new marine grade batteries, all steel hoses installed, and bellows. The exhaust manifolds and risers were changed last year with original OEM Mercruiser parts. I have the fresh water cooling system for the boat that just needs to be installed. Plugs, wires, distributor cap and button replaced with mercruser parts. Starts and runs good every time. It has silent choice exhaust bypass that I am manually changing due to the low pressure of the air pump. You can have the exhaust come out of each side for a real loud head turning sound or through the foot for fast quiet speed. It has a few scratches, chips and cracks in the original gelcoat. The drive is in very good condition. I have been running it with the original stainless steel 21 pitch prop. This set up runs the boat at 56 mph. I selected to use the lower pitch prop to give more out of the hole in lieu of top end. This boat handles rough water very well. I am only selling it because I want a faster boat thus I would consider trades for a tunnel hull. I would like to see 100mph. It has a Polk audio system installed with JVC marine amp.
