The 2005 Luhrs 33 Convertible is a Great Loop Capable vessel, with its 40" draft, 16' bridge clearance, and large tank capacities. Coast Guard Auxiliary boats, are specially equipped, privately owned vessels that pass rigorous annual inspections to assist in safety patrols, search and rescue. There is specialized equipment designed for it's USCG past still onboard and functional, including (2) Standard Horizon Ram 4 VHF radio/hailer, loud foghorn, and PA speakers. Everything onboard goes to the next owner, which include many spare parts and redundant backup parts (except tool bag).
