Description
Vessel is 85 percent finished to serve as an Offshore Supply Boat or Explorer Yacht. She is powered by a single Cummins Model KTA19M, 6 cylinder, 4 cycle, turbocharged & aftercooled diesel engine, rated at 500 HP @ 1800 RPM.
Vessel owners feel that the overall project is 85% complete. The mechanical and navigational side of the project is better than 95% finished with the majority of work remaining much choosing exterior paint and interior stain on the new living quarter walls. So far this year of 2024, vessel owner's have completed renovations by removing interior paneling, insulation, wiring and plumbing down to bare metal bulkheads. A complete list of modifications and improvements, including recent survey, available by request to direct buyers.

CARGO HOLD POTENTIAL USAGES:
Areas within the former fish - cargo hold have yet to be completed and depending on new owners plans, can be used to house one or two staterooms, water closets and a laundry or for Cargo Transport Goods & Materials.
Convenient access to fore and aft stateroom areas are both from the salon The forepeak compartment now houses the bow cabin which is approximately 85% complete with all ceiling in place to include plywood in way of the collision bulkhead, finished lap strake hull side liner and plywood enclosed stairway. A full bath water closet equipped with residential toilet (head) porcelain lavatory in a painted wood vanity and a quarter—round shaped stand—up shower stall with curved acrylic or glass closure is located port side aft. Starboard side aft is fitted a large cedar lined walk—in closet. Areas within this compartment require finish work in way of berth installation, trim, paint/ stain, etcetera .
Access to the rear stateroom area is from salon, but not framed in. Can be made into 1 large SR our divided into two SR’s.
The forward SR is framed in with a new head, but paneling choice up to new owner. Access to the forward SR is also from Salon.
On centerline aft compartment is a Red Oak cased engine room forward steel access door with a 60—minute fire rating. Additionally, the aft engine room bulkhead double door is likewise 60—minute fire rated.
Wood cabinetry and quarter—sawn wood panels composed of cherry in the pilothouse and Red Oak in the galley, salon and water closet areas of the deckhouse. Overhead is currently
Johns Manville foil faced foam insulated and ceiled throughout with wood cabinetry and quarter—sawn wood panels composed of cherry in the pilothouse and Red Oak in the galley, salon and water closet areas of the deckhouse. Overhead is currently open for completion of electrical wire runs but slated for covering with tongue & groove ceiling. Flooring will be wood laminate
Beginning forward is the raised pilothouse fitted with a formica covered Cherry helm console with access panels beneath, port and starboard exit watertight doors, two (2) pedestal type upholstered pilot chairs and classification society compliant, aluminum framed 1/4" safety glass windows by Wynne Enterprises, Inc. , Tuscumbia, Alabama.
Additionally, deckhouse aft windows and doors as well as the cargo hold hatchway skylight all are fitted with 3/8" safety glass.
Aft of and down steps from the pilothouse on the port side of the deckhouse is the galley equipped with a Greystone 21" 3—burner LP Gas / 12 VDC stove , model DK213-21AS, S/N 10300362, Emerson 120 VAC microwave on a GFCI receptacle, model MW8627W and a RecPro 10.7 f t 3, 12VDC stainless steel refrigerator, model RP—RFG—IO—SS. A double basin stainless steel sink is fitted into a U—shaped (currently unfinished) counter over ample Red Oak storage cabinets arranged above and beneath.
