For Sale is a 2003 Nordic 28-Heat - open bow with a Mercruiser 496 HO.

Original owner, Boat was ordered from the Manufacturer in 2003 and picked up directly from the factory. The boat has remained in an enclosed indoor storage from the time it was purchased new. The craft has been used entirely for one-two week summer vacations once a year and serviced per Nordic's and Mercruiser's specified intervals. The boat has mostly been in freshwater (Lake Tahoe). Engine hours: 350.
