41' Hatteras Twin Cabin Cruiser (43' LOA). Fiberglass hull. Twin 283 hp 8V53 Detroit Diesel engines (both engines rebuilt w - only 257 hours), raw water cooling, inboard. 50 amp shore service (two 30 amp panels). 6 kW Onan generator (operational). Two 12V batteries. Hardtop aft deck enclosure Aft - captain's cabin has two platforms. One sitting w - dresser and one converted to short queen w - custom made mattress. Ensuite head with Vacuflush toilet, stall shower, vanity. V-berth sleeps two. Bathroom adjacent (Vacuflush toilet and shower), Galley with 10 cu ft 110v fridge - freezer, Princess three burner electric stove and oven, Woodwork throughout, tongue and grove hardwood flooring throughout yacht. Set up for two AC units. 150 gal freshwater tank. 12V water pressure pump. 6 gal 110V water heater. Blackwater holding tank. All through-hulls brought up to ABCY standards. Live-aboard boat for at least the last 10 years in fresh water. Very comfortable and roomy for the size. Built-in furniture and comfortable "land" furniture can fit. Vessel is definitely suited for living and cruising, two anchors, generator 110V - 12V systems. Showing her age in some places: in need of paint and fiberglass work exterior, interior has been renovated and so has the floor structure. Galley has been renovated and original Princess stove rebuilt, two bathrooms w - shower and Vacuflush toilets, interior lighting is LED 12v throughout yacht. Lots of extras!!!!
