Hydrostream Ventura

For sale in my 1974 Hydrostream Ventura 16' with a 1984 Mercury 115 inline 6 cylinder.
Ive owned it since 1996, repainted it several years ago but has only been in the water a few times since. 2018 was the last legal year it was wet but a couple of other times since but mostly a garage ornament.
The haul and paint are in great condition but there are a couple of scratches in the paint. Seats were recovered and carpet was also replaced when it was painted. Shortly after the paint was done, I upgraded to a different trailer. The tires & rims were replaced, wheel bearing re-packed, new jack, spare tire, 2 ball hitch and the bunks were replaced.

There are a couple of issues that need to be addressed
1, The engine starts and runs but will not run into the high RPMs Needs a high-speed stater
2, The tach is not hooked up and the fuel gauge quit working.
3, The trailer has not been wired for lights.
4, Has a Hot-Foot throttle pedal but needs a longer throttle cable to hook it up
