Many extras added as small as towel racks to deck railings and custom made canvases - canopies to help filter the heat of the sun for the front and rear decks.

The owners suite is located midship and occupies the whole width of the yacht allowing for an incredible amount of volume and storage space.

If you need additional sleeping beds the Salon and Cockpit couches convert to beds.

A custom made Canvas Enclosure was created to enclose the back giving you privacy which gives you screen windows and doors with flaps for privacy and access to Air Conditioning from helm.

Also, the Canvas gives you extra space to keep to weather elements at bay while you can join the Salon and Cockpit as one by opening the window and door.

The rear platform has a stainless steel railing for additional safety as well as fishing functional with fishing rods holders and enough space to put a table, chair,cooler.

Inside the garage storage are places to store fishing rods.

There is a canopy top made to cover rear to filter sun while you fish.

In addition it has the setup to hold a dinghy and a motor motor mount.

A PLUS To save time and money with waxing this vessel has a ceramic clear coating which protects the fiberglass from the sun and salt.

The outside cushions have been treated to protect from the sun and salt.

A PLUS The Vessel is currently kept at a Cape Harbour Marina in Cape Coral, FL.

They are part of the Safe Harbor Group.

The Marina will allow the new owner to take over the slip immediately which avoids the 3 year waiting list.

Outside the cost of the extras we put into this vessel we will throw in the kitchenware, bedding, decorations, ropes, and other extra miscellaneous purchases to make this a TURN KEY transaction.
