MadisonGrace(formerly Broadview) is in overall sound condition. She is in need of final restoration work. Extensive work already completed to her hull. The entire bottom planking removed, damaged framework repaired then double planked mahogany. Interior modernization 2018 partially comp. The new electric heads need hook up. New 2 reverse cycle heat air units need hook up. Custom furniture, pillows. Master stateroom stripped of paint with bedrails, locker doors, dresser, entry door restored to original varnished mahogany. The aft deck all original Trumpy furniture has also been refinished, new sunbrella cushions - pillows. The aft deck eisenglass replaced in 2017. Electrical system all replaced - upgraded.
