Bay Pup is a tank.

She needs some cosmetic love and a few things need taken care of, which I will list.

I've had her for 2 years and now own a sailboat.

The wife and I spent many nights comfortably on her, and took her out occasionally.

I've put about 80 hours on since I've had her.

The Mercrusier 350 MPI Horizon Mags only have 530 hours on them.

They run great and I winterized them both seasons head was also winterized.

The boat gets about 1 nautical mile per gallon.

There is an inside helm and flybridge helm.

Items listed as new were installed since I've had the boat.

THE GOOD -New Stainless Fridge - Freezer AC power only. -New Electric Toilet -New Head Diverter -New Manual Black Water Pump -New AC Pump -New Shower Sump -New Bilge Pump -New Props -Bottom Paint Last Year -Hot Water - 2 X 100 gallon fuel tanks -80 Gallon Water Tank -25 Gallon Holding Tank -Inside GPS -Onboard and Shore Water -Plumbing Works - No Leaks -2 Anchors -1" Dock Lines -Universal Bimini that I had to add extra tie-downs to. -SOLID Hull -Vinyl tile on the galley floor and walls wife did a good job.

Nice blue area rug - original beige carpet not in good condition.

Bought a loveseat pull out bed wood and metal.

ISSUES -There are a couple of big chips missing from the fiberglass, well above the waterline...it was like that when I got her. -There is a big scuff on the front-port side rub rail. -The AC works but does not blow very cold and the heat does not work.

We used a portable AC and an oil heater. -Outside GPS works, but sometimes will not pick up position...I believe it needs a new antenna. -There is an occasional leak around the side window seals - only when it rains hard - nothing major. -Flybridge cover has some tears.

Chair pictured is in rough condition so we put a blue sheet over it.

Window screens need replaced.

Door screen ok.

Cockpit and anchor forward running lights do not work.

Stern, port starboard running light do work.

Pictures are recent.

The silver pictured really helped insulate the boat.
