14 Chris-Craft Kit Boat
Restoration was completed up to this point in 2017;
Never outside overnight;
I registered it as 1950, but former Antique & Classic Boat Society (ACBS) judge said it was pre-1950 because of gunwale design;
Professionally restored engine, rebuilt starter, all new wiring (1965 Merc 350 shop manual included with boat);
Professionally upholstered;
New cover, maple bows;
Group 27 battery; two fuel tanks, main under rear port seat, other standby in cuddy area; automatic bilge pump; horn, anchor, fire extinguisher, etc.
Hull paint is Interlux Brightside Polyurethane 4254 Teal;
Varnish is eight coats ZSpar 1015 Captains Varnish; I varnished it several years ago, so it would be good to lightly sand give it a couple more coats;
Comes with good trailer new tires, lights, 2 ball hitch, jack;
The boat planes at about 10-12 mph (with one person in the front cockpit) and is very pleasant at 15-20 mph. Top speed is 32;
Trailer is steel, has new tires, bearings, hitch, jack etc.
