I purchased this boat recently with the plan of spending the school year on it working (remotely) with my wife kids while they attended remotely. It turns out that schools reopened and I have to return to work in person so this plan never came to full fruition. We purchased the boat in Boston and cruised down to NC without incident.
You can put your custom touches on the boat and make improvements as you see fit. We have been cruising on it inshore and offshore and it is ready to be used. Engines are in good shape, operating well. I have a recent survey which I am happy to share.
