Mercruiser 7.4L MPI Gen VI - ( 0M019930 and 0M019720 ) with Imco SCX4 drives on it. Merc 454 - 496 strokers

- Comp Cam roller rocker assembly
- Comp cam 7164 - 7174 Magnum Push Rods
- Performance Engine rocker studs and push rod guides
- Thru hull exhaust ( no baffles )
- Ceramic coated and painted headers
- Fresh Oil changed completed @ 400 and 405 hours
- Power Steering fluid changed @ 400 hours
- We did the following:
- sent heads out and had them re-surfaced and valves cleaned and sealed
- modified the throttle bodies to fit
- painted throttle bodies after alterations
- cleaned and replaced the t-stats
- modified majority of the engine accessory brackets to allow clearance
- installed new head studs
- installed valve cover risers
- modified air intakes to allow for clearance issues
- modified engine plastics to allow for clearance
- removed and cleaned all the fuel injectors
- replaced all the spark pligs
- modified exhaust bolts for clearance issues
- modified the dip sticks for clearance
- removed and re-surfaced mating areas of exhaust headers ( these were wrapped )
- extended throttle body intakes to allow for clearance
- interior detail of boat
- exterior cut polish of boat
- modified and repaired the door and track to the cuddy
- repaired interior lighting
- repaired exterior anchor lighting
- repaired exterior nav lights

STBD Motor: - 403 hours
1 - 160 psi
2 - 170 psi
3 - 165 psi
4 - 167 psi
5 - 164 psi
6 - 166 psi
7 - 166 psi
8 - 168 psi

PORT Motor: - 407 hours
1 - 156 psi
2 - 167 psi
3 - 158 psi
4 - 164 psi
5 - 154 psi
6 - 160 psi
7 - 163 psi
8 - 160 psi
