The hard work has been done.
Needs some reinstallation on the flying bridge and interior headliner - floor covering.

MECHANICALS
454 - 350 Crusaders are in excellent condition with low hours and complete maintenance done. All hoses replaced, new belts, super clean running, all new ABYC guided wiring thru out, new AC - DC Blue Sea panel, switches, fuses, all checked - renewed in a workmanlike manner the surveyor found excellent. The fuel tanks are rebuilt, with new fittings and shut-offs, in addition a to the new Dometic Vacuflush fresh water toilets. The space for the genset is wired, Onan removed and needs engine rebuild... previous owner told me the winding good. (long block on-line at $800)

Basically all mechanicals are in excellent condition.

LIVING SPACE
The salon was gutted during the rebuild and headliners being replace - new teak paneling has been installed and floors painted. The rest of the interior is as to be expected for an aft cabin cruiser with V-berth, galley, head - shower forward and twin bed aft cabin with head - shower. This is a very comfortable boat to say the least.

FLYING BRIDGE
The bridge was removed when the cabin was repaired (common problem fixed). It has been reinstalled but gauges, side panels, and seating not installed... not a big deal, just will take some time to put it back together. The full-canvas enclosure is in very good condition - all seams have been restitched and any chaff areas repaired. Proctor Canvas says it's in excellent condition. The seats are in excellent condition - really, this is not a huge project and allows you to customize to your liking as you reassemble.

NOTES
This is not a difficult project to undertake, will make a great summer cabin on the water, and is a worthy investment. Uniflites are solid boats, fire-retardent and this one not only has all you need, but all of the problem areas addressed and upgraded. What needs to be done is cosmetic allowing you can choose how to decorate to suit your taste(s).
