Wellcraft 248 Sportsman

1985 248 Sportsman Walkaround. I am the 2nd owner and have upgraded to a larger boat so I need this gone ASAP. Marina maintained and runs great. New 2019: complete new bottom paint and zincs, VHF antenna with Simrad VHF radio, 2 new batteries, carburetor rebuilt. Risers, manifolds and motor water pump replaced last season as well as bellows,shift cable, outdrive water pump, outdrive hydraulic lines, and a new prop. Great starter boat. Has FLOSCAN (9000-20B-1) fuel totalizer installed which provides a digital LCD Engine Hour Meter, Tachometer, Fuel Flowmeter, Fuel Totalizer and nautical Miles Per Gallon over the ground (cruises at 2900-3000rpm at 18-21mph using about 11 gallons per hour (100 gallon tank) . An Airmar TM150 chirp transducer and simrad sidescan transducer are on the transom but the NSS7 Evo 2 unit is not included in the sale price (make an offer on it otherwise its a backup for the new boat). I have repaired all that the marina has recommended since I have owned it and the original owner babied it since new. The fore deck has been reinforced and coated in sani-tred to seal it. The cabin is in good shape but I removed the icebox and freshwater system for sink (they were old and broken). There is a working 2 burner alcohol stove and lots of storage. She has a double berth in the bow and a single birth on the port and starboard side and will sleep 4 people. porta pottie in cabin has never been used. I have had the boat about 5 years and have put on approx. 150hrs. She has 4 rod holders in the gunnels and the original removable outriggers for trolling as well as two rod holders on the bow rails. Sadly she must go so make a reasonable offer.
