Although it is a French brand, Gaylewinds is an AMERICAN MADE vessel, being built in 1985 at Guy Couachs shipyard in Dania, Florida. Parts are all made to American standards. She is a high quality yacht, comparing favorably with Hatteras, Azimut, Cheoy Lee, Lazarra, Sunseeker, etc.
This very same model is still being built by Guy Couach in France today, and its cost new today exceeds $3 million. A current out of water marine survey is available upon request, and it appraised her at $507,000. We will sell her for $275,000 cash.that is 54% under current appraisal.
The third owner, I formerly was a boat dealer - broker for 34 years. I owned VIP Yachts Inc.the worlds largest Bluewater dealer - broker for 25 years. I retired about 4 years ago.
