Accommodations

Two stateroom layout with one spacious head and a superb varnished teak interior. Owner's stateroom forward with centerline queen berth with custom mattress, generous drawer and locker storage, and dressing table with large mirror. Guest stateroom to port with upper and lower berths, and hanging locker. Spacious head to starboard with vanity, sink, Jabsco electric "silent head" W.C., and large stall shower. Up three steps to the salon with lower helm to starboard, L-shaped galley to port, L-shaped settee with teak hi-lo table aft to starboard; settee pulls out to make a double. Entertainment center aft to port; also, barrel chair in aft port corner. New beige carpet in 2011; curtains and upholstery redone in 2005.

Off white gelcoated hull in excellent condition;Gray boottop, black bottom; Gray accent striping on superstructure. White nonskid fiberglass decks (exceptional condition with few stress cracks). Hand laid up fiberglass with foam cored hull, deck and superstructure. Modified vee hull. S - S rubrail, bowrail and stanchions and deck hardware. Fiberglass swim platform with S - S boarding ladder. 4 opening ports with screens, and one Bomar hatch. Opening side windows in salon. Aluminum framed three piece windshield. Emergency tiller. Fiberglass rudders. Bennett dual ram hydraulic 48" x 12" trim tabs. Anchor washdown; saltwater washdown in port cockpit. Shower at stern. Twin Caterpillar 375 hp 3208TA diesels, V8, FWC. Twin Disc MG507-1 1.98:1 reduction gears. Teleflex Capilano hydraulic steering. 26" S - S and teak steering wheel at lower helm; S - S wheel on flybridge. 2-3 bladed Nibral 26x26 bronze props. Glendinning synchronizers. Dripless shaft seals. 2" Aquamet 19 S - S shafts - line cutters mounted on both shafts; spare props. VDO rudder angle indicator. Engine room blowers. Two Racor 900 fuel filters. One Racor 500 fuel filter for generator. Morse controls. 12V oil changing pump. Two 12V bilge pumps. Fireboy auto extinguisher in engine room



ELECTRICAL

12V DC - 120V AC systems with circuit breaker panels. 2-8D lead acid engine and house batteries; 1-Group 27 lead acid generator batteries. Two 30 amp shore power inlets. Onan Marine diesel 8kw generator, with approximately 1190 hours. Lunaire 110V 2 zone air conditioning - one under dinette in salon, 16,000 BTU, and one 16,000 BTU in forward stateroom. Reverse cycle heat; also, 110V electric heaters. 2013 hot water heater. Newmar 50 amp battery charger.
