Carver 3607 Aft Cabin

CARVER AFT CABIN MOTOR YACHT 1986.
HAS IT ALL2 BEDROOM 2 BATHS.
LOA 40 FT ...BODY 36FT PLUS aft swim platform and forward extended pulpit.
Two 350 HP Crusader engines and a generator and hot water maker.
Aft deck has permanent hard top roof ...extra & Not part of regular factory specs. ....full galley with frig & microwave and lots of storage (for a boat).
Many Opening ports all around for fresh air as my J was a fresh air nut....although boat has a - c systems throughout.
Seating for 6 or 7 on the bridge....in addition to the full aft cockpit entertainment area.
separate Dinette area seating for 4 or 6 with push.
Also in a pinch it changes into yet another double bed.
as well as the couch in Salon becomes a double bed.
Master stateroom is full width of boat and has Queen size bed surrounded by drawers & storage space on both sides Plus a good size clothes hanging closet.
Plus a plethora of mirrors built into the walls and even the inside of the opening ports.
A full bathroom including sink bathtub & shower
forward stateroom has two V berth single beds with bathroom, sink & shower.
Same type of boat new today would be in the $200,000 range. If you are someone who can really use & enjoy it as we did I will make it happen. You know its a shame that cars and boats diminish in value with age even if you don't use them and put them in a garage and close the door.
Hey...its even worse with people. If we put you in a garage for a couple of years your value would plummet. So why should you expect any different from a boat or even a "yacht".
So lets get you some info on this ASAP before we all get any older ....and less valuable.

PS: Boat went on its own power into the dry dock where its been cared for summer & winter ....well taken care of ...each time fully shrink wrapped etc.
