This is a 2012 custom build steel Coaster, based on ideas of Great Lakes Fish Tugs as a widebeam crusing houseboat, with a full-size kitchen, sauna, toilet and a large living area. She is a strongly constructed and finished as a very comfortable and safe cruising vessel or Live Aboard.. Able to provide safety trawel around Europe waterways and coastal ride,or living on board all year long. This can be an ideal Retirement Boat (easily handled by Two) or to rent out. Needs nothing to head to the keys and enjoy. Its a great long range cruiser - since 2012 she crossed two seas and over 5500km by European rivers, and able to operate in waves up to 2 meters.

This combination of length, living space(75m2) and options is not typical for small boats. Extraordinary initial stability and huge living space makes this boat similar to catamarans,but may be even more comfortable than many cat's. Strong steel hull makes she's owner's spends very low,no need to docking up for winters.Boat was made in accordance with EU rules 4 motorsailers - length and speed let go EU inland waters witout motorcruiser licence. Underwater inspection june 2016 - no any problems, no scratches, no shells, antifouling looks smooth and fresh.Boat have a huge living space, including sleeping room 20 m, bathroom 6m, wood sauna, kitchen 8m, large living room (24m),plus big cockpit with aces to bathing platform. Double king size bed in master cabin, and doule sofa in living room. Lot of space overall, for 10 guests. Insulated with 100mm of mineral and film insulation. The whole boat has been fitted out using natural wood materials. The bedroom, with free standing bed, also has wardrobes and cupboards,conditioneer,DVD,40'TV. Sofa converts to a double bed, storage under seating area and also some under the floor. The Living area has 12 round 400mm polycarbonate unbreakuble windows, two flat screen tv point with 40" and 2 DVD. Galley and toilet has a 3 large windows over sink. Kitchen has fridge and freezer, toasters,coffee machine, propane cooker,2 microwaves,2x50L water heaters, water filters, full kitchen stuff and much more space for stuff.The bathroom with corner shower, wood sauna for 2,wash hand basin, washing mashine, mirrors, stuff storage, and towel radiators. Electric heaters is in a master cabin, toilet and living room, diesel heater in living room, wood stove in sauna. Living room has great potential to turn into two starerooms.

Location
At this moment boat in Bulgaria, Varna (EU), ready for visiting or test drive, may be delivered by owner to any point of Europe by Danube or other port in Black Sea. Also,possible delivery to any point by cargo ship - from Varna (BG), Constanta (RO) or Istanbul (TR).
