Description
This Cabin Cruiser could be repurposed as a tiny house. Google Kent Layton's Boat Ranch to get an idea of what the possibilities are. Placing this boat on a trailer would eliminate the need for permits. Just back it up to a view on your property so the patio (back deck)is facing the view and your ready to move in.
Rooms include:
Upper Deck 8 X 10 with bench seats (which can be enclosed with canvas) excellent views from here.
Lower Deck 8 X 6 which leads by sliding glass door to the living room.
Living room 8 X 8 with cabinets and window views all around.
Kitchen is a few steps down with sink, cabinets, and space for stove refrigerator, micro wave, etc.
Bathroom and separate shower across from the double bunk kids room is right across the hall.
Master bed room with V Berth and plenty of cabinets is in the bow.
This sturdy tiny house is made of Fiberglass so its strong, low maintenance and floats if your land is susceptible to flooding.
The previous owner was going to refit for ocean fishing. Took out the old engines, fuel tanks, repainted, and installed bladders that have never been used. This large area could be used as storage or rumpus room. Both upper and lower steering units with speed and shifting controls are still in tact. Rudders, propellers and drive shafts are still attached. No engines, or carpeting on the walls this kind of stuff has been stripped out and ready for paint.
