The finishing work and attention to detail is far superior than when this vessel was new. Many custom upgrades and innovations were incorporated into the restoration, including complete bottom blue printing and additional structural supports under the power plants. The use of anodized diamond plate dresses up an otherwise plain engine room. Engine access was improved with a drop down rear seat back.

This craft is a 1979 33 Sonic Offshore built by J.R.Custom in Pompano Beach, Florida. Power is provided by twin custom built 8.2L 580 H.P. gasoline engines turning 28" P 4 blade propellers on 1.50:1 reduction MerCruiser TRS outdrives thru Borg Warner - Bam Marine hydraulic transmissions.
