2006 Sea Ray 260 Sundancer. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this boat, but we are moving to Illinois and its time for this boat to bring joy to another family! We had always wanted a cabin at the lake, but why settle for just one lake We have been on Millerton and Shaver Lakes and once to Lodi - Sacramento. We have loved it! Whether by ourselves, with friends, or with our entire family, this boat made for a great weekend every time. One of our favorite things to do on this boat was to enjoy the Shaver Lake 4th of July fireworks. We would participate in the lighted boat parade, anchor and watch the fireworks, then drop our friends off and return to sleep on the lake. Everyone else was fighting to load their boat onto a trailer until 2 in the morning, while we were having a glass of wine then enjoying a great nights sleep in a cove surrounded by the sugar pines and their wonderful scent. We have only had this boat on fresh water. We have always trailered it and stored it inside when not on the water. We never had it at a marina, so there is no gross water line to be had! It has a triple axle trailer and launches and loads easily. I originally pulled it with a 1 - 2 ton and later went to a 3 - 4 ton (recommended). I picked it because it is the largest width (beam) boat you can have without needing a wide load permit. The 260 Sundancer is plenty fast (35 MPH) and the 300 hp Mercruiser I - O with Bravo3 twin props allow it to get out of the hole and pull skiers. It handles great and tubing is awesome behind it. Better yet, relax and anchor or tie-up with friends and be the center of the action.A - C allows an escape from the heat, and the on board toilet with vacu-flush allows for a civil solution to on-the-water "needs"!During the day it easily accommodates 6-8 people. At night, it sleeps four; two in the mid-berth and two up front. It has shore power for a marina or a 5KW Kohler generator when on the water. My wife has fixed great meals in the full galley with electric or alcohol stove, microwave, and refrigerator - freezer, and I get to grill up top with the rear BBQ. Hot Water sink and shower is wonderful. There is a wet bar up top, too. For entertainment, the stereo has controls at the drivers station. There is a DVD player and fold down flat screen in the cabin. Plus their are power outlets for decorative lights or charging cell phones. It has a full length bimini top for plenty of shade or zip off the back and get some rays. This boat has full camper canvas and we only used it once on the delta. All upholstery is clean and in good condition. Overall, it is in excellent condition and fully detailed.
