Thyme 2 Un-Wine is an excellent example of the very popular Rinker 342 Express Cruiser. Her twin 5.7 Volvo Pentas, aided by duo counter rotating props and Lewco trim tabs, provide excellent performance, with a cruising speed in the mid 20s and a WOT speed in the mid 30s.

The cockpit lay out is well executed. The area behind the helm includes a Corian counter top, refrigerator, ice maker, built-in blender and a sink with pressurized water. There is ample seating, and a full enclosure provides shelter from the elements.

Down below has been well thought-out as well, and includes air conditioning and a remarkable amount of headroom. A very large berth is aft under the cockpit, a centerline queen is forward, and the salon table can drop down to add an extra berth in a pinch. The galley has a refrigerator, microwave, two burner electric stove, sink with pressure water and there is plenty of storage. Just to port of the companionway is the head with the popular Vacu-Flush electric commode and a separate shower.
