The Meridian 459 Motor Yacht has earned a reputation as one of the most comfortable cruising yachts in her class, combining an exceptionally spacious interior with practical outdoor living spaces and dependable diesel performance. From the moment you step aboard via the extended swim platform, it's clear this vessel was designed with entertaining and extended cruising in mind. The cockpit is unusually large for a motor yacht of this size, featuring abundant storage, dive tank racks, rod holders, freshwater washdown, transom storage, and convenient access to the expansive lazarette housing many of the vessel's mechanical systems. A Magma propane grill and generous working space make the cockpit equally suited for fishing, diving, or waterfront gatherings.

A molded staircase leads to the covered aft deck where comfortable bench seating, a wet bar complete with U-Line ice maker, and full Eisenglass enclosure create a true outdoor salon protected from the elements. Wide side decks with secure stainless handrails allow easy movement forward while maintaining excellent safety underway.

Three steps up brings you to the flybridge, an inviting command center designed for both captain and guests. The centerline helm provides outstanding visibility in every direction, while the adjustable helm seat, companion seating, L-shaped lounge, and integrated wet bar create an ideal social atmosphere underway. Modern Garmin navigation equipment, digital Cummins SmartCraft instrumentation, bow and stern thruster controls, and digital engine controls make close-quarters maneuvering remarkably straightforward.

Inside, the Meridian's signature salon immediately impresses with its exceptional natural light and panoramic visibility provided by tiered wraparound windows. High-gloss cherry cabinetry, neutral furnishings, and generous headroom combine to create an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere that feels considerably larger than expected aboard a 46-foot yacht.

The salon features a large convertible sofa, opposing dinette, integrated entertainment center, and abundant cabinetry, making it equally comfortable whether hosting guests for cocktails or relaxing during extended cruising. Hidden beneath the salon sole is convenient access to the engine room for routine service and maintenance.

Forward and down two steps, the well-appointed galley offers everything required for extended cruising. Corian countertops, abundant storage, a full-size Norcold refrigerator/freezer, three-burner Ceran cooktop, Sharp convection microwave, stainless sink, and generous preparation space allow meals to be prepared with the convenience of home.

Accommodations comfortably sleep family and guests in two private staterooms while offering additional convertible sleeping in the salon. The forward VIP stateroom features a centerline island queen berth with generous storage, hanging lockers, overhead hatch, television, and direct access to the forward head with separate shower.

Aft, the full-beam owner's suite provides a private retreat complete with an athwartships queen berth, extensive cabinetry, entertainment system, and one of the Meridian's most distinctive features—a private sliding glass door opening directly into the cockpit. The owner's ensuite separates the shower and head into individual compartments divided by a vanity, creating greater privacy and functionality than a conventional combined head.

Power is provided by twin Cummins QSB 5.9L 380 horsepower turbocharged diesel engines paired with ZF digital electronic controls. Dockside handling is enhanced by both Sleipner Side-Power bow and stern thrusters, allowing confident maneuvering in tight marinas and changing wind conditions. Electrical independence away from the dock is supplied by an Onan 11.
