Description
Description
Stanning Ed Monk designed TURNEKEY 50 Motoryacht. Built at the Channel Islands Shipyard in Santa Barbara in 1973. Solid fiberglass hull, fiberglass cored deck and cabin. Repowered in 2015 with twin Cummins 6C 8.7L marine diesel 430 hp each. Hours are 249 port and 245 starboard. Both run like new. See copy - paste links below in the description.

Full (out of water) 2021 survey indicates Above Average condition with market value of $165,000
She is berthed at Emeryville Safe Harbor marina and the new owner can re-apply for moorage at this beautiful location or take her to a new home.

She is equipped to handle lengthy ocean passages:
Two reliable diesels
Watermaker
Good condition 500 gal fuel tank
Open array Radar
Raymarine E125 Hybrid Touch 12 screen GPS - Fishfinder - Chartplotter ($3500 new)
Northern Lights 8,000-Watt Generator (runs well)
Walker Bay FG sailing dinghy on davits
3 powerful Solar panels system, etc.
Only a few things are needed to make her perfect. None of them affects the rest of the yacht, nor her integrity, safety, or performance:

To put a fresh coat of varnish on the clean teak cap rail, bow sprit, and few other teak trims.
The aft deck section, above the aft cabin, is tired due to its age and extensive usage of that well protected and popular deck area. It has some give when you walk on it. Because of that, the aft cabin port corner developed a leak (sealed now), and a few panels inside have evidence of it. Little bit on the starboard side too.
Davits winch works on launching a dinghy, the lifting switch needs service. The drum on Ideal electric windlass needs service, and I would upgrade the chain.
The rest is good.

Mechanical, tankage, electrical and all main systems are good to excellent condition.
Galley and the main salon have new full-size Norcold fridge - freezer each. Newer dishwasher and induction glass-top stove. The stove works, but disconnected, to prevent accidental usage.
She is equipped with two reversed heat Air Conditioners, both work well. Hot - cold water, two full marine heads with shower stalls and VacuFlush toilets.
Aft cabin mattresses have electric heating. Custom forward cabin mattresses. The main salon has privacy roll-down screens and full curtains.

All pictures are current except for one at the anchor (few years old), only to show you the full yacht in one shot, which is impossible at the dock.

I have about 100 more pictures to share with you. The link is coming soon.

She is a USCG Documented vessel and will be sold as required, by a notarized bill of sale on the USCG form. Comparable Ed Monk Motoryachts were sold for over $100K with old engines and less equipped.
