-Compromised Starboard Fuel Tank - NEEDS REPLACEMENT. Tank has hole - leak due to corrosion (common issue with 1980's Taiwanese trawlers) and leak is low enough where the tank must remain empty. Please note boatyard does NOT have capability - labor to do fuel tank replacement. Tank is empty.

-Port Fuel Tank has corrosions - hole on top side of tank, on tank's inspection port (a bolted down plate), this caused tank to fail pressure test. Engine however can still run for sea trial - mechanical survey.

-Teak Decks, forward and sides decks, were painted over with 2-part epoxy grey paint as a preventative attempt to seal the decks. Can be left as is, or removed and teak decks restored.

-Canvas - Isinglass enclosure needs replacement, still aboard for patterning. Stainless steel frame solid. Enclosure was added circa 2004.

-No modern navigation instruments
