Her electrical service is provided by two, Caterpillar 300 kW generator sets. With an additional 65 KW, emergency, Caterpillar generator set.
The towing Towing equipment consists of two, single drum, Almon Johnson 333, towing winches. It has a secondary mission of accomplishing general-purpose harbor duties, such as positioning floating cranes. She is equipped to accomplish fire-fighting duties, a significant capability, particularly where ammunition ships are being worked.
