This yacht has been refit from the keel up by Frank Hoehenhousen the owner of Tampa Marine (Ex- Riverhawk Marine). It was his personal boat and his work crews worked on it from 2007 to 2014 refitting the entire boat during their slow periods. Frank spent in excess of $1 million on the restoration of this yacht over a 7 year period. The upgrades on the yacht are too many to mention. The interior is all new Mahogany, the carpeting is new in the Saloon and master suite, the sole in the galley, main hallway and front cabin is new Teak and Holley, the electrical system is new, the plumbing is new, the Detroit Diesels have been majored with less than 200 hours, a new Onan genset with less than 200 hours, the exterior of the boat has been painted with Awl Grip and looks new. There is not a better liveaboard trawler on the market in this price range. She looks good and motors well. She cruises at 9 knots all day burning 8gal - hr. The DDs are naturally aspirated. Owner looking to move to a sailboat and will entertain a trade.
