Description
We have decided to sell our boat. This boat is in excellent condition for 15 years old. She has had 3 owners since new and has been in fresh water her whole life. Sold new in Texas, moved to Tennessee, then back to Lake Travis with the 2nd owner in Texas before coming to North Carolina. She has only 365 hours on her 6.2 Mercruiser engines and Bravo 1 drives. The engines and drives were pulled in the winter of 2015 to replace the transom assemblies. While the engines were out, we added underwater led lighting, as well as lighting in the engine compartment and cockpit. All other lighting has been converted to led. The engines have been serviced regularly. Oil changed every 25 hours or less, water pump impellers changed yearly, drives serviced yearly. Interior is near perfect, no tears or separating seams. Cabin is the same. We do not overnight in her. There is a fresh water tank on board with a small sink as well as a transom wash-down. Also there is a porta potty in the cabin that has never been used. She is washed down every time she comes out of the water, waxed often and stored in an enclosed building with cockpit cover and full cover. She has never been stored in the water. Sits on a 2006 Magic triple axle trailer with new tires fall of 2016. Surge disc brakes on 2 axles.
