Grady White Walkaround Photographs

1989 Grady White 20 walkaround I have original owners manual and parts and repair manuals on boat and motor.

Has been professionally maintained and I have all records. 3.7 LX Mercruiser inboard 190 HP w - mercury alpha I stern drive and aluminum prop.

This is a re-manufactured engine installed in June 2012.

New manifold, riser and starter installed at that time.

Re manufactured carburetor and new upgrade alternator installed 2014.

Less than 100 hours on this engine. professionally maintained.

Engine runs like new and was tuned up spring 2016.

Boat is in good condition, decks are all solid and no leaks in hull or cabin but needs complete detail cleaning waxing etc. boat has been Power washed and engine winterized 10 - 2016 Includes 5 star by Load rite roller trailer, duel axle, disc surge breaks, 5,600 lb Gross vehicle weight. mounted spare tire and jack.

Trailer new in 2011 and is in excellent condition.

Only used twice a year to put boat in and out of water and for winter storage.

Has less than 100 miles on the road.

Lights and breaks work.

Passed Delaware MV inspection in may of 2016. includes all boat equipment automatic bilge pump Electronics VHF radio, fish finder sonar, Marine GPS I have the books on all Custom Fisher winter cover w - cedar support poles (cover was new in 2009) These are about $600 new and last 12 to 15 years.

Bimini top - w boot and console cover good condition no rips. full set of seat cushions and cabin cushions very good condition life jackets and all required coast guard safety equipment is included. duel batteries w switch (were new in 2014) tool kit 2 anchors with 100 ft. line each dock lines fishing net gaff etc.
