New reduced price. Perfect cruiser Sleeps 2, Feeds 4, Drinks 6. As seen at Bainbridge Island, Port Townsend and Lake Union wooden boat festivals. Made
by an unknown builder c. 1950 using Port Orford cedar for her distinctive hull, then converted in the mid-1980's to her present configuration. Her name is "SKAMOKAWA" meaning "smoke on the water". A familiar sight on Bainbridge Island, she has been owned by Islanders since the early 1990's, her present condition reflects extensive work by Port Townsend Shipwrights Co-op in Port Townsend and a fair amount of
scavenging from various used marine fixture outlets. She has taken us as far north as the Gulf Islands and as far south as Olympia, with numerous stops in between.
She's a good old boat.
