Top notch condition, inside and out. Boat was purchased in Sept. 2016 and completely gone through. Boat is located downtown Jacksonville by the Main Street Bridge and can be shown by appointment. Price has just been reduced for a quick sale. Title in hand.

Boat was pulled in November '16 and the bottom painted, new stripes. Complete survey completed at this time for insurance. After the survey, we added many, many things to this boat. We replaced the props and installed new zincs. Back deck has custom carpet, fresh teak, full enclosure bimini top (not shown in pics), string LED lights overhead, freshly painted dash, new wiper blades, stereo has bluetooth and pumps the music to the deck space, freshly sealed hatches (2), LED lights wrapped around bow, replaced spot light, new horns, fully functioning kitchen (microwave, stove, baking oven, mini fridge), king size bed in vberth, table comes out and seats fold down into another full size bed, flat screen TV on swivel arm so you can watch from any seat in the cabin, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguishers, vaccuflush system (many parts replaced, like new and fully functioning) full head, 3 bilge pumps on board (all functioning), boat has heat and air (both work flawlessly - pump was recently replaced on system as well), twin 454's that were serviced in December 2016 (new belts, fuel filters, fuel separators, oil filters, etc)
Boat also has a generator.

This boat is treated like a liveaboard so I can assure you it is in working order. Buyer is welcome to have diver come out to inspect and - or surveyor.
