Baja Sunsport 186 Photographs

Hi all -- I have a 1989 Baja Sunsport 186 power boat for sale. It has a 4.3L GM Yamaha Sterndrive motor in it that runs like a top! Turn key start! I had it on the lake Friday evening. It comes with an Eagle Trailer that I've installed new carpeted steps all around with many new lights. I have made the wheel well covers and they just need screwed on when the boat is off the trailer. Bunks are good.

The upholstery, foam, and a lot of the good was redone for $2400 7 years ago and the boat has always been stored inside, completely sheltered from the sun so there is no sun fading on the dash for instance. It looks like new. The upholstery, and all seats, look like brand new as the boat has hardly been used the last 7 years. I bought it for resale and have put a lot of love into the boat this Spring to make it safe and fun for my family and your family to take out.

It has a 6 person capacity, at 900 pounds.

Bearings and seals inspected by mechanic and check out good.
New exhaust and U-joint bellows. Inspected drive shaft bellows good. Shifts clean.
New gear oil and front seal.
New rebuilt prop w - a spare used prop to go along with it.
New impeller just installed.
2 like new tires on trailer.
All new rear trailer lights. (They will need a little tinkering b - c their is a bad ground in the wires somewhere).

Has a radio and 2 speakers (I haven't hooked these up, don't know if it works).
Digital Tachometer.
Digital Speedometer. (Not for sure if this is reading correctly or not).

She is clean as you can see in the pictures and ready to take to the lake today!

For the right price I would throw in a Like New Lowrance Fish Finder purchased last year and used only a couple of times on a different boat, but never has been permanently mounted.

With a little elbow grease you can remove some of the oxidization on the paint and she will shine like brand new! I've tested a couple spots and it cleans right up.
