WILLING TO TRADE!

This 1999 Sea Ray 370 Sundancer is in very good condition. It is 37 feet. The large cabin sleeps 4 comfortably. It can sleep 6 but it's a little cramped. The interior is in nearly perfect condition. The teak floors were a nice addition by Sea Ray. They give the boat a very warm and solid feel. Both of the tv - vcr combo units are original to the boat and work perfect. I replaced the shower sump summer of 2012. The cabin has plenty of storage for getting things out of site. The head has a vacuflush system, and we clean the tank spotless at least once a month during the summer. I replaced everything to do with the shore power connections from the outer hull of the boat to the main power panel. There is no feature in the cabin that does not work. I did replace the original Clarion radio with a new Alpine with I-pod connection. The cockpit area is large enough to be able to lounge in the sun or in the shade. The boat has full electronics by Raytheon including radar, chart plotter, GPS, depth, water temp, and auto pilot. I have never used the auto pilot because I do not have a chart for Kentucky Lake. They do all power up. I do know that the radar has a problem on a board in the antenna. I have contacted a repair shop in FL that says they can easily fix it but I have not since we have not had the need for radar thus far. I did add a Lowrance HDS5. There is also a ice maker and wet bar on the port side of the cockpit. The canvas in front of the radar arch is about 5 years old and the stitching is starting to show some wear. I can easily have this fixed. The canvas behind the radar arch was put on new summer 2012. The boat is powered by two Horizon 454 EFI engines. The boat will cruise 20 mph at 3500 rpm. Both engines have been serviced this spring and have 0 hours on the new oil (Schaeffers Specialized Lubricants 20W50) The generator is a brand new Westerbeke 8 kw. It has 150 hours on it now. It is a 1800 rpm generator and you cannot tell its running while in the boat. I did have a in water survey done on the boat in 2010 and will be pulling the boat out of the water in the next few weeks to clean and check the bottom paint, replace the two water line stripes and pull the starboard transmission. It has a leak where the prop shaft goes in it. (I hate leaks!) I am also including our Tinker inflatable dingy. Its a four person and can have a electric or small gas outboard engine put on it. It mounts to the swim platform and can be carried along with you while underway. The boat is in a slip at the Moors marina and resort on beautiful Kentucky Lake. I am also willing to consider any and all trades. It does not have to be a boat, I have always liked to trade.
