| Beautiful 1957 19' Chris Craft Capri for sale.
This boat has been restored to better than new condition in my opinion. It didn't leave the factory with a 'no soak' bottom or 16 coats of varnish. It represents an incredible value in the market place due to it's beautiful, high quality, restoration.
The hull on this boat has been upgraded to a no soak 3M 5200 bottom. Super convenient to use. The hull sides plank seams are dead tight and the Philippine mahogany is beautifully grained, perfectly stained with 16 coats of varnish applied. The finish on this boat is world class.
Interior:
The interior on this boat is a duplicate of the original right down to the silver piping that separates the colors. The interior ceiling boards are the correct blond stain as well. The steering wheel is in excellent shape with no significant pitting or blemishes. The gauges were redone by Kocian and are clear, easy to read and present as new.
Mechanical:
This boat came from the factory with the optional Hercules 'KFL' This motor was rated at 131 hp and was popular in this boat. Many believe that the idle of this engine resembles a Harley Davidson Motorcycle! This particular power plant was rebuilt, purrs like a kitten, and sounds fantastic. The trailer is a dual axle unit that has been reconditioned with bunks that are matched to the hull of the boat.
Overview"
The restoration of the classic boat is world class and professional grade. It is arguably the nicest '57 19' Capri in the country. The cost of a professional restoration on a similar boat would be at least 2x the asking price. There in lies the value. No disappointments here. Be the star of the next local boat show.

| Beautiful boat restored by Stancraft in 1990, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This model was built from 1955 to 1961 which makes it a special boat. This boat was #14 on the line in 1960. It was in several boat shows from Portland and Seattle to Idaho. Our family had fun with it on the Columbia River and many lakes but now it's time to sell.
