Bayliner 2556 1989 25ft Grey with Blue Stripe Up for sale is a Bayliner 2556. I have had this boat for two seasons and just don’t have the time for it. I purchased this boat for 20K and it was completely worth it. Most of the other boats of this vintage out there are either rusting and about ready to fall apart or their engines are in need of replacement. I truly believe that this boat will not disappoint you. Boat; OMC 5.7 Cobra with OMC Cobra out drive. Recently rebuilt engine with only two seasons of use on it. All new wiring and lots of extras. Three different navigation systems; Eagle Sea Finder (depth sounder) on the back deck for placing crab pots, Hummingbird Matrix 27 fish finder up on the command bridge, Lawrance LC X-26c with GPS receiver in the main cabin with maps loaded for the Puget Sound area. There is also a CB for communicating with other boats and shore. On the back deck there is a deck wash system with pump, live well and an extra large custom aluminum fish well on the back transom. The are two platforms with electrical hook ups for Scotty down riggers. I do not have the down riggers. Two gaffing poles and a fishing knife round out the back deck. Other extras include a vinyl coated anchor and rode, four bumpers, dock lines, gas BBQ and extra parts. Also included are flares, horn, fishing gear, fuses and tools. The cabin sleeps 6 and comes with a microwave, sink, bathroom, fuel stove and there is even a power converter to run the refrigerator. The kicker motor on the boat is a 9.9 four stroke Yamaha. Because it is a four stroke the engine runs on the same tank as the inboard motor. There is a special steering system that hooks up with the main out drive so that you can control the steering from inside the cabin. Dingy; Six foot Livingston dingy with a davit system for attaching the dingy to the boat. Oars are included. Trailer; 1989 Calkins galvanized trailer with double axels. There is an electric winch for getting the boat back on the trailer. The tires appear to be in good shape and the trailer does come with brakes.
