| This is an older boat, needs some work. Was in dry dock 3 years ago for paint and
repair.we use it has a room on the water. Has 318 engines. One locked, needs push rods
and lifters, head gasket???. Its nice inside, it is a nice weekend get away. Sleeps 4-6.Has
fridge,sink,bathroom. Needs some TLC. Has 2 bait bags. It is located in la Salinas marina,
between Rosario and ensenada.www.baja-web.com/la-salina. It takes about an hour from
most of San Diego to get there. Nice toll rd right out of tj. The slip is less than 350.00 per
month. winning bidder will have to take over slip in Mexico, we can help with that.the
marina is nice with 24 hour security. We love it there. Due to illness i can,t do any longer.
Theres also a private nice beach, jetty fishing also. The marina has showers, Catina,
washer &dryer. Great fishing off the jetty or i take my small rubber boat 1/4 mile off the
shore line. Catch almost everything including giant squid, yellow tail,white sea
