Description:

Due to changing circumstances in my life I am forced to abandon my live aboard project. I had originally intended to bring this ship back to her original glory using the original plans that I will be obtaining from the Mariner's Museum. Where to start... She has twin 318 engines though I believe the port side is in need of a rebuild. The hull is solid as a rock though she's been out of the water for over a year. I have tested, poked, prodded, and repeated the process to attempt to find any rot and as of yet, I have failed to find anything. A new shaft has been installed on the port side due to the previous owner snapping it. The rudders work beautifully but the entire boat needs rewired. Both engines have new starter motors and wiring. One engine will need a carb the other engine will need the carb for it troubleshot. Previous owner bought automotive carbs for the engines and I have removed them both and attempted to sell to get replacements. I have 1 1409 Edelbrock marine carb to go with her and the repair manual for the 318 engines. The septic system is fairly new and likely needs moved and reinstalled a bit better than where the previous guy put it. There is an AC system installed though again it may need relocated or at least need the ducting run properly. The previous owner didn't do such a great job. She has a small water heater and a decent fresh tank that should be find with a good flushing. The hull will need the sanding finished below the waterline and need repainted and will also need recaulked. Otherwise there's not much else to do to the hull. Comes with a bimini top and has a flybridge. All life preservers are included as well. I think I've covered about everything I can think of. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Again I hate to have to get rid of her as she'll be a gorgeous vessel once finished and I hate to have to sell her but I have no choice. Thanks for looking.
