| Ok this is my loss and your gain. MSRP on this boat is $87,000. I just purchased a home in Zephyr Cove and was told by my realtor that the boat slips would take a 25' boat, so this is what I bought. Come to find out I am not allowed to have more than a 23' boat in the slip!!!
