Terms of Sale
Non-refundable deposit of $1000 is due upon agreement of sale with balance being paid within 7 days unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller.
We accept money order or cahiers check. Boat will not be turned over until funds clear. A deposit may also be made to Sellers private checking account.
The Cruiser is being sold as-is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Therefore, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via e-mail or phone number listed above. I welcome any inspections and I will do my best to answer each question as quickly as possible.
Item is available to be viewed and picked up in Houston, TX. If interested please e-mail me with your telephone number to acquire the location of the Cruiser and to schedule an appointment.
All third party shipping arrangements and costs are to be handled by the buyer. I will however assist in the coordination in order to make the shipping as simple and smooth as possible.
Please note that I do not mind scheduling a water test. However, I will only do that for interested parties who are generally interested in purchasing. The deposit would need to be paid prior to the water test. It will also be returned if the boat does not run properly on the day of the test. This condition is basically to weed out the people who want to purchase the boat from the people who are only looking for a joy ride. I hate to impose this condition, however it has happened in the past. From my residence it takes some time to go to the lake, launch the boat, cruise around and then take the boat out.
