| "Kristina" is a three time Cabo veteran. In 2005 she received a total refit by the owner including the following: All exterior teak was stripped, replaced where needed, re-calked, and refinished. All interior teak was refinished where needed. All old wiring was removed and replaced where needed, all new electronics including Radar, GPS, and Radar. All canvas covers were repaired or replaced, all exterior fiberglass was refinished where needed, the Lehman diesel was reconditioned where needed and has a mechanical survey rating its condition as "EXCELLENT" Both heads have been upgraded with new hoses and fittings, all stainless fittings have been replaced throughout. A new diesel Northern Lights generator set was installed in 2004. Everything works and is operational on this vessel. She is a semi-displacement all fiberglass hull and cruises at 8.9 knots with a top of 11.5 knots (light). She is a Defever design and identical to the current models with a base price of over $385,000.00 August 2006 survey states a loan and insurance value of $110,000.00. She was pulled twice during the refit, both times getting bottom paint (there are no blisters). The prop has been returned. In essence, this vessel is as close to NEW as a vessel of this age could be. She shows pride of ownership and will give someone many years of good service. Owner would consider a partial trade for a smaller sport fishing boat, and would consider financing the vessel with substantial down payment.
